Many churches and ministries choose to add personalization to their DVD orders.  This customization is made by creating a personal information card, which will be inserted on the inside of the DVD case.  This removable card allows all who receive your DVD’s to contact you directly with any questions or for discipleship.  It is a GREAT tool for outreach! 

You can include any information on this card up to 32 lines.  There are two areas on the card insert, each available with a maximum of 16 lines per area. Type or print the information on the order form as you want it to appear. A sample is shown below:

The DVD personalization will be the information from Area 1 and Area 2 placed together on a card insert, which will be located inside the front flap of the DVD case. Your church’s information can then be easily removed and referenced by those viewing the DVD.

Cost

There is a one-time set up fee of $40 for your personalization, which covers the cost of the initial production and storage of the card. 

Each time you order, there will be a charge of $.10 per DVD to add the personalized card.
